When bacteria grow under suitable conditions in the mouth, they attack the tooth surface and damage the enamel causing caries. The dentist cleans out all the decay and restores it with a biocompatible bondable composite material. The tooth restoration when done under the microscope blends with the tooth surface with such finesse that it is not visible with the naked eye. It restores the function and natural look of the tooth.
